Jody had a good point on the post yesterday this is now I used the actions to make the frames - you can do this with other actions as well to make frames - Doing it this way comes in handy when you don't want to run the action for multiple pictures.Once the frame is made you can use it over and over.
I didn't use a frame action..they are the spiral bound and photo album actions and I made a black square to use as the picture to load when asked for it. Then after the action made the page with the black center, I just erased it with the magic eraser in Photoshop. Here is the link for the actions..there are seven actions in this one download.
